Fast, funny and passionate about comedy, we're looking for young people aged 17 - 21 who want to grow their skills and confidence under the tutelage of professional comedians.
Complete the application form below before Tuesday 6th of February telling us about yourself, why you think you'd be a good fit for the company and what you're hoping to bring to the Jester Youth Company.
We'll be in touch if we'd like to audition you. Auditions will run on Thursday 8th February. The session will be approx 90 minutes long, running from 6pm - 7:30pm. There is no need to prepare anything - we'll be running an improv theatre workshop, where you and the other applicants will bounce scenes and skits off each other, based on suggestions from our team
TIME COMMITMENT
The Jester Youth Company will have a welcome on the evening of Thursday 15th February and then meet, during term times, on Thursday evenings from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. During the lead up to performances and when opportunities are available, the company may schedule additional sessions.
Cost $195 per term.
