Te Huia Scholarship for a Promising Young Performer of Māori Identity 
This scholarship will be awarded to an auditionee who demonstrates talent and creative potential and who identifies as Māori. Their application will demonstrate a commitment to the company, articulate their desires to develop their talents in theatre, and explain their affiliation to tangata whenua. Applications may be supported by a reference or endorsement from someone who knows the applicant either personally or as a performer. 

Te Kiwi Scholarship for a Promising Young Performer of Pasifika Identity 
This scholarship will be awarded to an auditionee who demonstrates talent and creative potential and who identifies as Pasifika. Their application will demonstrate a commitment to the company, articulate their desires to develop their talents in theatre, and provide details of their Pasifika heritage. Applications may be supported by a reference or endorsement from someone who knows the applicant either personally or as a performer. 

Te Korimako Scholarship for a Promising and Underrepresented Young Performer 
This scholarship will be awarded to an auditionee who demonstrates talent and creative potential and who identifies as belonging to an underrepresented group (this may include, for instance, young performers from the Asian, Arab, or African communities, mixed-race performers, or performers with a disability). Their application will demonstrate a commitment to the company, articulate their desires to develop their talents in theatre, and provide details of their background. Applications may be supported by a reference or endorsement from someone who knows the applicant either personally or as a performer.  

Te Kōmiromiro Scholarship 
This scholarship is open to any youth company auditionee for whom finances are a barrier. This scholarship is intended to open pathways for young performers who have a love of theatre but not the resources to pursue that love without outside support. The student/auditionee’s application will articulate their desire to develop their skills in theatre, what they hope to gain, and their commitment to the programme, as well as some explanation of their financial need. For minors, this explanation should be provided by a parent or guardian, who will also sign the application. Applicants may also include a statement of support from a parent, guardian, teacher, or mentor. 

Needs-based Subsidies 
The Court also offers tuition subsidies to students for whom finances are a barrier. Up to four subsidies of 50%, up to one of 75%, and up to one of 95% are available for each educational offering, including term-time classes (ages 7 to adult), holiday intensives, Youth Crew, and the Youth Companies. These subsidies are provided at the discretion of the Education and Outreach Production Manager. Subsidies are dependent on class availability. 
The student/auditionee’s application will articulate their desire to develop their skills in theatre, what they hope to gain, and their commitment to the programme, as well as some explanation of their financial need.
