Term 1 2022 will be taught by Alys Hill
This course teaches the art of presence, on stage, in the workplace and in day-to-day life. What makes someone imminently watchable before they make a move or speak a word? Exploring useful and not so useful habits under pressure, we train for a clear mind, grounded body, and a playful heart. Participants will build confidence, vocal clarity, energy and develop a strategy for entering their flow space in the theatre.
