Fear and Confidence

Term 1 Dates 2023 - Tuesday 14 February - Tuesday 4 April 7:15pm - 9:15pm @ The Court Theatre, Addington

Price: $175 (8 classes)

An opportunity to develop performance and creative thinking skills. Each term runs for 8 sessions and is taken by a professional theatre maker, participants will learn skills in acting, text analysis, voice, devising, audition technique and how to work creatively as part of a group.

Term One is about tackling all the snags that get in the way of us performing at our best. A back to basics approach where students will work on tools and tricks to better memorise their script, get on top of vocal technique, build confidence, and overcome fear. The term will culminate in a solo performance, where students can apply all the techniques they've practised in the previous weeks and learn to embrace imperfection.
