Rachel has been involved with The Court Theatre since 2014. She performed with The Court Youth Company for three years. She is currently a member of The Court’s technical team working as a lighting technician and an ongoing operator for Scared Scriptless as well as an education tutor, box office staff member, stage manager in training and photographer.
Her previous Court Theatre credits include Don’t Touch the Exhibit; Duets; The Dunstan Creek Séance; The Events and Lysistrata. Her other theatre credits include Zombie: Red Zone (Generation Z); La Boheme (NZ Opera) and The Canterbury Tales (DramaSoc).
As a Court Theatre crew member Rachel has worked as the operator for Puff the Magic Dragon and Scared Scriptless; an assistant stage manager for Legally Blonde the Musical and as stage manager for the 2018 Court Youth Company's Vernon God Little.
In 2017 she interned for The Court Theatre as an in-house photographer, creating a behind-the-scenes look at daily life in the theatre. Rachel graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2018.
